Danny Loe

CEO & Board Member
Danny Loe has over 25 years experience as a logistics executive. He led the yield teams at ArcBest for 15 years and developed industry leading automated price quotes, space-based pricing, and dynamic LTL solutions.

  • Served for two years as President of Asset-Light Logistics for ArcBest.
  • Led the company’s acquisition of MoLo Solutions.
  • Made ArcBest a top 15 brokerage in 2021.

Joey Goodman

Chief Operating Officer
Joey Goodman has held various operations roles in several high-growth startups. Joey’s success in scaling platforms and growing marketplaces will be invaluable as Trux Parking expands its footprint and services across the country. Joey graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and Finance where he also played football.

Chip Patterson

President
Chip Patterson, the founder and CEO of AmeriPark, a successful parking business, brings over 30 years of experience in the industry. With a background in developing parking solutions and cloud-based software, Chip’s expertise will be instrumental in the growth and success of Truck Park Management. Additionally, Chip’s involvement in developing hotels and his commitment to community initiatives will bring valuable insights and leadership to the venture.

Matt Irving

Vice President of Operations
Matt Irving previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Today’s Power Inc. where he managed the design, construction, and operations of over 100 renewable energy installations. Matt was instrumental in building Today’s Power in 2014 with a team of two to a staff of 30 employees.

Alex Hegner

Chief Acquisitions Officer
Alex Hegner has practiced law with AM Law 200 firms and represented owners, investors, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial real estate. Additionally, he is the co-founder of Magnolia Property Advisors and a seasoned professional in real estate law and development. Alex graduated from Georgia State University in 2016 with an undergrad in Political Science and Government and then went on to graduate from Georgia State with his J.D. and M.B.A where he also played baseball.

Blaise Larrabee

Director of Acquisitions
Blaise has held various sales and business development roles at high-growth startups, specializing in scaling operations and driving revenue. At AutoFi, he played a key role in expanding the company’s book of business, contributing to a successful Series C funding round. At Trux Parking, Blaise focuses on growing their management footprint and advising clients on the oversight of industrial outdoor storage assets and acquisitions.

Mia Schaefer

Director of Customer Success

Mia is a marketing and customer relations specialist with expertise in the service and recruiting industries, skilled in customer engagement, onboarding, and account management. With four years of experience in the trucking industry, her primary focus is prioritizing customer satisfaction. She excels in communication, sales, creative marketing, social media, and graphic design.

1. Extensive experience in working with truck drivers through her employment as a FedEx recruiter.
2. Successfully manages 500+ driver accounts.
3. Proven expertise in cultivating long-term relationships within the hospitality and transportation industries, driving growth and fostering strong partnerships.

Bret Marks

Director of Fleet Management

Bret leads TRUX’s fleet strategy and partner relationships, ensuring seamless coordination across the company’s national network. He focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable parking solutions that strengthen TRUX’s partnerships with carriers and fleet operators.

Tatum Rednour

Account Manager

Tatum brings a strong background in customer success, with experience spanning the service and recruiting industries. She excels in client engagement, onboarding, and account management, and has spent the past five years immersed in the trucking industry. Tatum is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

Lauren Meyerhoff

Account Manager

Results-driven customer success professional with over six years of experience in delivering exceptional client service and strategic support. Skilled in transforming customer relationships into long-term partnerships by effectively managing onboarding, retention, and renewal processes. Known for developing tailored solutions that drive measurable results, with expertise spanning account management, data analysis, financial mapping, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Jenna Chittick

Account Manager

Since graduating from Arizona State University in 2024, Jenna has gained hands-on experience in customer service, building a strong track record of delivering excellent client support and resolving issues efficiently. Her background includes managing truck lots and overseeing customer accounts, where she coordinated daily logistics, ensured operational efficiency, and maintained a high level of accuracy and organization. Jenna takes pride in developing strong, reliable relationships with clients and team members alike, consistently striving to create positive, results-driven interactions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Kayla Nestor

Account Manager

Kayla is an experienced professional with over five years in the logistics and recruiting space, known for developing and implementing a streamlined training program that successfully onboarded and trained over 30 team members. She is an expert in configuring and optimizing ATS platforms to align with operational goals and improve efficiency across teams.
