Chip Patterson
Danny Loe
Danny Loe has over 25 years experience as a logistics executive. He led the yield teams at ArcBest for 15 years and developed industry leading automated price quotes, space-based pricing, and the first dynamic LTL offering. In addition, Danny served for two year as President of Asset-Light Logistics for ArcBest producing record results both years. He identified and led the company’s acquisition of MoLo Solutions in 2021 making ArcBest a top 15 brokerage
Todd Denton
Todd is an entrepreneur and business owner with experience in many different industries and sectors. He currently owns several business interests including Pediatrics Plus, a specialized pediatrics healthcare provider in central Arkansas. Todd has founded several successful start-up technology companies. He also owns several businesses within the hospitality sector that are located throughout Arkansas. Todd is an active Real Estate Developer and maintains an active real estate portfolio. In addition to his outside business interests, Todd is the Managing Director & National Sales Leader for AON Risk Services where he specializes in transportation and logistics. Todd attended Ouachita Baptist University, completing his degree in Finance.
James Reed
James Reed has held multiple leadership roles in corporate finance, operations, and general management in a broad array of industries. He’s executive roles at Intel Corp, T-Mobile, Chase, and EMC. Mr. Reed led the turnaround and successful sale as CEO of USA Truck (USAK) from 2016-2022 and currently is COO of Autonomous Vehicle provider Kodiak Robotics. He was previously CFO of Interstate Distributors, and president of both Spectrum Logistics and Interstate Logistics. James is a leading industry voice on tech, transportation, and DE&I; having founded the ATA’s DE&I Council in 2020.James serves on the boards of Moatable (RENN) and Loram Maintenance. He holds a BA and MBA from Brigham Young University.
Gary Enzor
Gary served as Chairman and CEO of Quality Distribution (QLTY) for 17 years – a 150+ location global leader in bulk chemical transportation and depot management. He served as a Director of USA Truck (USAK), Sharps Compliance (SMED), and Boasso Global; all of which sold for large premiums in 2021 and 2022. Prior to Quality, Mr. Enzor served as EVP & CFO of Swift Transportation for 2.5 years. Swift operated a fleet of ~20,000 tractors. He spent seventeen years with Honeywell and two with Dell Computer. He’s held senior executive positions in the automotive, truck braking, chemical, control systems, and avionics industries.. He has an MBA and a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
Shaleen Devgun
Shaleen is executive vice president and chief innovation and technology officer at Schneider. He leads Packerland ventures, a corporate venture that is creating the next generation freight marketplace enabled by automation, aggregation, and intelligence. Mr. Devgun also serves as an advisor to 8VC and as chief advisor to TitletownTech. Prior to joining Schneider, Shaleen spent over a decade as an industry consultant with DiamondCluster International and Deloitte. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Math from the University of Pune and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Stephen LaFrance
Stephen LaFrance served as an executive vice president of USA Drug and as the business development leader he led the growth initiatives that made USA Drug the nation’s largest privately-owned chain when it sold its 157 pharmacies to Walgreens in 2012. He’s a principal officer and owner of Dale Capital Partners Inc., and a founding investor and board member of Greenwoods State Bank of Lake Mills, Wis., He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
Jason Bates
Jason Bates has 25 years of executive experience in the Transportation and Logistics, Aerospace, Real Estate, and Capital Management industries. Since retiring 2022, Jason serves as the Managing Director of Finance and Investor Relations at Evertree Investments, a vertically integrated real estate investment company. He previously served as EVP/CFO/Treasurer of Daseke (DSKE), a $2 billion transportation and logistics company. Prior to Daseke, he served as the EVP and CFO of USA Truck (USAK). And before USAK he served as VP Finance & IR at Swift Transportation. He holds a BS in Business from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
