How do I pay for my spot? How can I reserve a spot?

During the application process, we will collect your credit card information and automatically charge the card once you are approved to park. If you book an ongoing monthly membership, our system will automatically charge the card on file at the same time each month!

How can I reserve more than one spot?

For reservations of more than 10 spaces, please email our team at: [email protected]

Are the lots secure?

TRUX prides itself on our security measures and at each lot you can expect security cameras, industrial lighting, high fences, and electric gates only accessible by our members.

Are there assigned spot numbers?

At TRUX, we do not force our parkers to be restricted to a certain spot but rather we have an open lot policy which allows our parkers to park in any open spot when they arrive at the yard.

Is there a deposit to get started?

There is no deposit or contract needed to start parking with TRUX. We know how challenging it can be as a truck driver and TRUX is fully committed to making your lives’ easier, not taking more of your money. All that we ask is that you give us a 30 day notice before cancelling your monthly spot with TRUX.
