Chip Patterson, the founder and CEO of AmeriPark, a successful parking business, brings over 30 years of experience in the industry. With a background in developing parking solutions and cloud-based software, Chip’s expertise will be instrumental in the growth and success of Truck Park Management. Additionally, Chip’s involvement in developing hotels and his commitment to community initiatives will bring valuable insights and leadership to the venture.

Joey Goodman

Chief Operating Officer
Joey Goodman has held various operations roles in several high-growth startups. Joey’s success in scaling platforms and growing marketplaces will be invaluable as Trux Parking expands its footprint and services across the country. Joey graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and Finance where he also played football.

Alex Hegner

Chief Legal Officer
Alex Hegner has practiced law with AM Law 200 firms and represented owners, investors, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial real estate. Additionally, he is the co-founder of Magnolia Property Advisors and a seasoned professional in real estate law and development. Alex graduated from Georgia State University in 2016 with an undergrad in Political Science and Government and then went on to graduate from Georgia State with his J.D. and M.B.A where he also played baseball.

Billy Kuhn

Chief Financial Officer
Billy is a finance and accounting executive with deep expertise in property management and multi-entity operations, skilled in financial reporting, strategic analysis, and operational scaling. With over a decade of accounting experience spanning real estate, manufacturing, and tax, his primary focus is building the financial infrastructure that supports TRUX’s rapid, multi-state growth. He excels in financial analysis, GAAP compliance, process automation, and cross-functional leadership.

Matt Irving

Vice President of Facilities
Matt Irving previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Today’s Power Inc. where he managed the design, construction, and operations of over 100 renewable energy installations. Matt was instrumental in building Today’s Power in 2014 with a team of two to a staff of 30 employees.

Mia Schaefer

Director of Customer Success

Mia is a marketing and customer relations specialist with expertise in the service and recruiting industries, skilled in customer engagement, onboarding, and account management. With four years of experience in the trucking industry, her primary focus is prioritizing customer satisfaction. She excels in communication, sales, creative marketing, social media, and graphic design.

2. Successfully manages 3,000+ driver accounts.

Devon Bornschein

NC/SC/AL Regional Manager

Devon Bornschein brings a strong background in transportation and logistics management. He studied Supply Chain Management at Old Dominion University and upon graduating, commissioned as a Logistics Officer in the Marine Corps, where he held multiple leadership roles supporting 2nd Marine Logistics Group. With over five years of experience in truck parking and industrial outdoor storage, Devon played a central role in Trux’s acquisition and integration of Uptime Truck Parking and its associated entities. He currently serves as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager, where he drives strategic expansion and growth across the Trux Parking portfolio.

Served as Regional Manager for the largest parking company in the world for 5 years, overseeing operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction across multiple parking facilities.

Hired to lead a pressure washing and sweeping company, where he facilitated significant growth to $4 million in annual revenue over 15 years through outstanding sales, customer service, and employee management.

Will Walker leads all aspects of TRUX go-to-market and public facing communications strategies. He brings a decade of B2B marketing leadership on both the agency and in-house sides, with deep roots in the logistics and transportation technology space. Most recently as Director of B2B Marketing at Roadie, now a UPS Company, Will built the B2B marketing function from the ground up, establishing the data infrastructure, demand generation programs, and account-based strategies that scaled the business from startup to acquisition and integration into UPS. Will graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and brings the same disciplined, metrics-driven approach to every channel TRUX uses to reach fleet operators across the country.

Whether he’s assisting drivers, monitoring lot operations, or resolving issues, he is committed to making sure customers have a positive experience and that each location operates efficiently. With over 20 years of experience as a retired auto mechanic, Cory has spent his career working hands-on with engines, performance, and everything with a motor. At 37, he continues to bring that same passion into his free time, where he enjoys building race engines and working on performance projects. Whether it’s restoring, rebuilding, or pushing something to its limits, Cory takes pride in understanding how things work and making them run better than before.
